For that new budget your probably better off building a new system. Let us know if you want to do this and then we can give you a spec. You can also use parts from your current system, like DVD drive etc.

i just want to upgrade my pc not totally buy a new system.. what specs do you recommend for the RAM and VIDEOCARD upgrade?

whats the difference with ddr2 and ddr400? coz my motherboard is capable of handling such type of memory... but cant use them simultaneously.
