No, I didn't. But I only get the CMOS error after unplugging the power cord. Anytime I unplug it, I get the error and it tells me to "Resetting the CPU frequency". Bad grammar and all...lol.

Lol,

Can you give it a try for me now please? Resetting the BIOS to fail-safe should haev reset the frequency of the CPU to an acceptable level.
