OK, the mPGA478B, means socket 478. This is good because you can get very good socket 478 processors. The the link you provided to the ASUS website is a 478 motherboard too, and it's a nice motherboard that does come with a lot of onboard features. The only thing that is missing is the newer SATA connections for the latest hard drives, but that was the only thing I could see wrong. You may never even use SATA. Apart from that it has a lot of expandability in every aspect and I would definately recommend this motherboard.

mPGA478B means Socket 478, which is good because a lot of modern processors still use Socket 478. This link for the motherboard is one of them.

The ASUS P4B533 is a good motherboard. The only thing I noticed is that it doesn't have a SATA connection for your HDD. SATA connections are faster than the IDE you have here. But apart from that this is a very good pick. It has enough expandability and enough ports to rule the world with!!
