Hi epc, yes MSI make good quality motherboards
I've had a few in previous computers and they've always been very stable.
If you're wanting it as a gaming machine - MSI doesn't overclock as well as asus/abit/gigabyte/dfi

but they are good quality boards.

stable and solid...never have problems...

but i've dropped it down to 2.5ghz just for the fun of it

i jus looked around different motherboard sites and i spotted the new abit AW9D series motherboard, the AW9D-MAX mother board looks like a really nice motherboard. AW9D-MAX
i have had my p4 630 oc'd from 3.0 to as high as 3.5 and it was stable but i jus decided to keep it around 3.2.
