Question [Resolved] Booting problem

hi. I just build a computer and I am having trouble with it booting up. This is my pc -

Processor - AMD Athlon? 64 4800+ Processor Retail (939) Dual Core

Cooling - Zalman CNPS7000B-AlCu CPU Cooler, Ball bearing, for Intel Socket 478, AMD Socket A, 754, 939940

Motherboard - DFI LANPARTY UT NF4 SLI-DR Expert Motherboard (939)

RAM - 2048 PQI PC3200 400MHz DDR Dual Channel Series (2X1024MB) Turbo Life time warranty

Graphics - 2x XFX GeForce 7900GTX OC 512meg DDR3 Dual DVI VIVO PCI-E(675Mhz)Xtreme

Monitor - BENQ FP202W 20 inch WideScreen LCD monitor

At first I was onyly able to access the bios, and then when i exited my pc restarted. I reset my CMOS and the pc was fine, so installed windows. But every time i shut down the pc it tells me there's an error the next time i turn it on, and keeps restarting until i reset the CMOS again. There is only 1 diagnostic LED on when this happens. What should i do to make it stop?
