hey im new and ive got a problem, ive got about 5 different USB ports on my computer now when i first started using DISK2PHONE i used the same one all the time but now when i plug my USB cable into it its dosnt come up anything, so i went and started using another USB port and now thats doing the same thing. im on my 5th port because with every other port i put my USB in it dosnt come up in MY COMPUTER that theres anything connected so i cant add songs to my phone anymore ive also got another USB cable but that dosnt make a difference. can anyone tell me why or what is wrong?

Welcome to the forum, sounds like your USB ports are messed up there

What to do... right click on my computer --> properties --> hardware tab --> device manager --> find the usb ports (usually at the bottom) --> uninstall them all. Re-boot and Windows should re-install a clean version of your ports.

they work fine when i put my pendrive in them, its just when i insert my USB cable it dont work

i tried that before because i have 2 usb cables but still dont work
