A quick google check brings up alot people with all kinds of problems with it , but im more leaning towards a motherboard or processor problem , i doubt all four sticks of ram have died at the same time.

I've come up with a plan to check my RAM sticks. I have a notebook computer that uses the same RAM my tower does. If the RAM works, I should buy a new motherboard, right? Thanks so much for your help!

Your memory wont fit into the notebook. Dont try might mess up your notebook.
I agree with Hengis more than likely your mobo is out.

Have you gone into BIOS and set to safe defaults? Then press your power button for four seconds let it quit and keep pressing it for another 4 seconds to completly get rid of the extra juice still stored in there. Then go to BIOS

I figured that out when I got the notebook open, Sniper. I bought a new mobo, one from BFG Tech, and tried it, and it won't even start. No BIOS beeps, nothing. I'm working with the jumpers and whatnot, but I'm getting nothing. It's all hooked up the way it's supposed to be according to the manual, powered, everything. At least with the ABIT, I had fans and a BIOS beep. Any ideas now? Thanks again!

Default Older Hard Drives can be trickey

:o some of the older hard drives require special driver type files,
you can research this on the internet, write down the exact name of
the hard drive maker and size, hope this helps! sorry for your struggle...

Thumbs up Fixed!

Alrighty, I've got it. It wasn't a mobo problem, or a ram problem, or a processor problem. It was the PSU. The thing went out on me. It was a el cheapo one from the case company, so perhaps that extra hdd put enough stress on it to kill it. Either way, I've bought an Antec 500W supply, and it's running everything perfectly. My PC is having some issues with the internet, but nothing I can't figure out or replace :-D

Thanks to everyone who offered suggestions and help, your expertise helped me narrow it all down. :-D
