That's a conclusion you can't make at this moment. The problem can lay everywhere: with your
ram, your
cpu, your motherboard and so one.
The only way to find out is first: put other memory one. Second: put an other
cpu in the pc.
Another problem can be a jumper. Some motherboards really need the jumper on the right place: else they won't start or start over and over again. (this happens when you have a motherboard where you need to place the jumper to another place. You can only flash them by putting a bootdisk with new flashrom in the diskdrive.)
