Default [Resolved] Computer turns on nothing from monitor

This computer I am messing with turns on but I get nothing from the monitor. I have tried a new power supply and putting a video card in.

I have seen this before but was unable to fix it. Is the motherboard just out?

That's a conclusion you can't make at this moment. The problem can lay everywhere: with your ram, your cpu, your motherboard and so one.

The only way to find out is first: put other memory one. Second: put an other cpu in the pc.

Another problem can be a jumper. Some motherboards really need the jumper on the right place: else they won't start or start over and over again. (this happens when you have a motherboard where you need to place the jumper to another place. You can only flash them by putting a bootdisk with new flashrom in the diskdrive.)

Default The power supply was out at first.

At first it would not even power on because of the psu but I put a new one in and like I said it turns on. Would this point more to the MB?

It could be the graphics card also and as that is the easiest to remove and test, can you try it in another PC? Also, check that it is completely seated correctly.
