Hi Asksultan,

Welcome to PCHF. We have a wonderful team of techs here, and I am sure we can help you figure this out.

A couple of questions; Is this something that just recently started? Did you install any new hardware or software that you are aware of?

When was the last time you changed your cmos battery?

Can you please help us rule out malware as a culprit, by carefully following the instructions in PreWork in my signature. Remember to save the ewido log to post back here with the HijackThis log.

Look forward to your reply,

TTFN

Thank you for the response and the tip.
Battery replaced last six months back, now my problem is solved by removing battery and replacing the same "no new battery", but one thing is happened my monitor screen has becomes dull when switched on. what could be the reason? When one thing is solved another problem occurs.

Hey Asksultan,

Glad to hear the BIOS clock problem is solved. It's always something with these darned computers. LOL.

Can you please start a new thread in the monitors forum for your other problem? We want to keep all relevant questions within the correct forum as much as possible.

Thanks so much. See you in the forums.
