At first, the floppy drive light wasnt on, because i turned the cable upside down i found out about that ten minutes later, and i turned it around... I made a bootdisk, put it in, and the Nine Beeps of Death hit me in the face again.... Tried two different floppy drives, a new bootdisk, another IDE cable, you know the sh*t, but nothing seemed to work really. I put a white blanket over the pc, took out the Hd, graphics card and RAM for my current pc and let it rest in peace...

Default Battery

Hi there Dr Domino,

I'm not sure if this is pertinant or not, If not then sorry,
Dr. Domino, on the second picrure of your BIOS named "DSCFf0129.jpg" there is no battery in the bracket, this battery is needed otherwise you get the checksum error coming up. I hope that this helps.

Yeah well seen, but i took it out as a last effort to make the bios reset itself, didn't work though. I did put it back when i was working with it, although not having a battary isn't such a problem if the computer is connected to some sort of a power source, right? Anyhoo, the mobo's dead, not really a big problem but it would have been nice to get it working.
