Welcome to PCHF,

You won't have any problem with your original hardware if you upgrade to the new motherboard + CPU.

Are you using Windows XP?
Are you doing a fresh install of windows or using the current one thats loaded?

There can sometimes be problems when running an operating system that has been previously installed on another motherboard, but I think Windows XP is clever enough not to crash the system. It should automatically detect the new motherboard and load the drivers for it.

Yes the motherboards BIOS is already flashed, so you won't have to do anything there.

Good choice of motherboard BTW?
