Default Dual monitor switching

Hey I am running a VGA and a DVI monitor on an ATI 4600 series video card. Is there any software that i can use to easily switch between displays with a shortcut key of some kind. When running a program on the main display I am unable to switch over to the secondary screen to use something else.

Thanks

nVidia drivers have a feature called nView options. One of those option when you have dual minitors setup is Send window to Display 1 /2 or Send Application to Dispay 1 / 2.

This is accessed from the little icon in th top left corner of the screen when you have a app open.

Perhaps Ati drivers has something similar...

The main thing I am looking for is a way to switch my pointer over to my secondary screen while I have a game running in full screen mode on the Primary screen. I tried using multimon but all i have found that it is useful for is throwing windows between the two monitors. Like I said. I am only interested in switching my pointer, not my windows.
Thanks for the input

The only way I know of to do what you want is to run the game in windowed mode instead of full screen or to hit alt+tab to minimize the game.

Siperdo
My mouse pointer goes off the the primary monitor on to the secondary one by moving it to the left hand side of the screen. When I want it back on the primary I move it to the right and it's back on the main screen.

This is how it works with nVidia drivers, so the settings have to be there in ATI drivers as it's a basic function as it does not need setting up once the two monitors are up and running...

The pointer moving from one screen to the next when you go off the edge I believe is an actual function of Windows. All I an trying to find is a way to instantly switch from monitor to monitor without needing to move my mouse. So that when I an playing a game, I can switch over to the internet on the other monitor.
