Default Need guide for shopping monitor

Guys

I need your opinion I am planning to buy flat screen LCD monitor and I also want to use as TV I have receiver has composite cable output so If I want to hook up my receiver to monitor what should I look for specification in monitor? Is it any cable converter available from composite to VGA or HDMI? My buying budget would be under $ 200 for at least 25 inch monitor.
Thanks in advance

class... you can buy a graphic card with a tv tuner included... i would go that way... or buy a tv and hook you computer to it... and use it for your monitor... but make sure the tv lets you do that... and that your computer lets you do that as well...
