Hi !
I bought a "HP L1702 LCD Flat Panel Monitor" a couple of days ago.
Today, I was browsing in a site, exactly in a map looks like google earth, when I finished, the monitor started to look blurred and shaking. (the screen resolution is 1024*768).
I checked the plugs and switched the monitor on then off.
now, it works, but the problem occurred twice and exactly after doing the same thing.
I ran "dxdiag" and test anything has relation with the monitor, and showed that everything is fine.
I want to know :
what is the cause of this problem?
thanks in advance.

The default native screen resolution for that monitor is 1280 x 1024. The quoted text below is from the manual in section 1-2...

Yes, I'm pretty sure that is what your problem is. Set it to the native resolution and it should fix the blurry flickering...

If you can only get 256 colours you may have a driver problem as well, if so re-install the driver...
