Fantastic. So.. possabilities are, motherboard or PSU. Since the PSU was the only thing that has been changed, makes it the most likely candidate. Recommend Thermaltake, OCZ, Corsair, Antec or maybe even Enermax.

Use eXtreme Power Supply Calculator Lite v2.5 to calculate your wattage requirements, and give yourself 50-100w to spare for any new hardware you may add in the future. Also, PSU's degrade over time, use up more and more power leaving less power for your PC (capacitor aging).

As long as your last PSU didn't die of a power surge, which could have damaged other components.
