Can you take a picture upload it to your computer,then use something like Photobucket or copy n paste to your thread?

so that means im gunna have 2 buy a new screen then doesn't it.

I am sorry to say this yes it looks like you need a new monitor.

To replace the panel realy the amount it would cost it is easier to buy a new screen.
