Default ☻Switched computers, now wont display☻

So basically I took my monitor from my main computer, and hooked it up to a diff one for a while. Worked fine. Now once I try to hook it back up to the original one it was with, it just reads "check connection and source"

I cant get help with this anywhere....

Monitor: 22'' LCD Westinghouse

CPU: HP model: GM5088

Any help would be much appreciated

Hi,

Did you push it in hard enough to dislodge the video card? I have done this in the past if the card isn't securely fastened to the PC chassis. Also, does the monitor have a switch that will enable "automatic setup" or for you to cycle thru the ports?
