Question Weird LCD Computer Monitor Connection!?
I can't figure out what type of connection this is!? haha
It doesn't seem to be a regular DVI connection to me...
From the picture, it looks to be a female. It also has clips on each side which leads me to believe so as well.
My friend sent the picture and want's to use this flat screen monitor for his Sony Desktop.He only has a VGA port. We're trying to find a gender changer for this connection of his...any help would be cool!!!!

The Monitor is a Sony LCD Monitor Model PCVA-15XA1

I have searched (Google) high and low for an adapter, but I've come up empty handed. That's a proprietary Sony connector.

This connection is only for Sony and there slim LCDs.

It is a Sony VGA HD 15,it fits a Sony Bravia.Or is it a AV?

I could be wrong.

Yes you can buy a splitter or an adaptor as far as I am aware.
