Well lets get every thing connected and setup.Double check after this that everything is still set correctly in BIOS and lets see if we can get you up and running.

I just think if you finish building we can correct anything in one go.

k I have finished building but now when I start it up the screen doesnt turn on

it just ses no signal

Hello,now are you able to take this monitor to a frinds house or do you have a laptop you can use to connect this monitor to to test it?

We realy need to test this monitor to make sure it is or is not the cause of your problems.

Try reseating the graphics card this could be a bad connection,try another monitor cable to.

Doubt this will work but could you try removing BIOS battery for a few minutes and replace and reboot.Or try resetting BIOS if you have a little jumper on the mainboard near BIOS battery.

Now are all fans spinning when you turn the pc on?Do you hear it startup?Is there a light on mainboard and what colour is it?

Or can you try a diffrent monitor on this computer that is experiencing problems?

Have you connected the 4 pin power supply to mainboard as well as the 24 pin?

have connected a 24 pin but not a 4 pin (where do I connect it , I have no manual) and tried a different monitor that is the same. All the fans are spinning and I do hear it starting up and removed bois battery still same

Now I would look around on your mainboard now there should be a port there to take a 4 pin power supply.

Now my board has 2x4 pin but one is covered with a plastic cover I do not remove this one cover it must remain..Your board may or proberly only has one.

Not sure were yours will be located usaly around the PCI card slots.Even near RAM/memory slots.
Please plug in a 4 pined power connection to this port.

Or what is your mainboard and lets see if I can locate it?
