Lightbulb Monitor problem

hi guys..

i have this monitor, included in my pc from IBM..

all is connected working and the problem monitor is just on standby mode when cpu is powered. i tried to connect the monitor of different cpu still the same. VGA port is working properly with other monitors.

please help me

sounds like an input problem with the monitor. is it a CRT?

yes, is ther a way i could fix that. so i can have a double monitor once i buy a new one
