I would suggest you check your video resolution settings first-- LCD's are quite picky about these...so if hitting reset might have set it too low-- or to a non-supported resolution.
When did you buy it ??? They have a 3-year warranty you know-- which means you can contact their techsupport-- not meaning I don't
want to help you-- far from it... but they may be able to give you a quick fix.
