Default [Pending] Viewsonic viewpad VPD150 vga d-port

i was at the thrift store today when i ran accross an old viewsonic flat pannel from 1999.

it was cheap as hell so i fugured i would try it.

i got home and realized it had a funny plug for plugging it into my comp. it says its a "VGA D-porn"

i looked for an adaptor to make it fit the average computer monitor port. but i cant find anything... i need help. i guess if i cant get it to work it wont be too bad cuz it so cheap. but... i would like to use this monitor.

thanks.

Correction: The connector is a "VGA D-port".
I've not had any luck sofar in finding an adapter for your connector.

What is the make/model of your computer?
Is it desktop or laptop? If you have a desktop, you might find a video card to match your connector.

Thanks for the additional information. I'm looking. It may take a few days to get a feel for the availability in the market. Have patience. Will get back to you ASAP. If anyone else has a ready answer, jump in the waters warm.

This is overkill, but it might have the connector adapter you want.

eBay: Dell XPS M1710 Notebook D/Port Replicator Customer Kit (item 270139828566 end time Jul-03-07 12:00:00 PDT)

You can message the seller Ask seller a question to verify that your VGA D-port is included.

This is as close as I could come to what you are wanting.

Good Luck...

Do you require additional assistance with this problem?
