Hi Jupa,

What type of monitor are you using?

If you are using LCD or TFT then please right-click the desktop click properties then Settings - advanced - look for refresh rate and make sure it is set to 60.

Hi Jupa,

Boot your system in vga mode, not safe mode. set the monitor type to plug and play. Then reboot your system. You problem is you might have set the monitor to default. Also check to see if the maker of your monitor has drivers for it. So do.
