Help! First-timer!
OK, so I recently built a new computer from the ground up. I thought everything was fine until I booted it for the first time. The monitor displayed a graphic that is kind of hard to explain, but it has a monitor and a tower with a line between them, which I assume means the cable connecting the two, but the line is broken. I take that to mean that they are not syncing or that there is a bad connection between the 2. There was no beep when I booted up. I have already replaced the motherboard and the graphics card, but the exact same thing happened. I'm at my wits end because I can't think of anything that would have caused this, since I would hope that I didn't get 2 bad motherboards and graphics cards. I have even tried to use another monitor, but nothing shows up at all on the other one.
