Was't shure where to put this as not shure what is rong.....

When i start my pc up when eveything had loaded up these 4 lines are on the screen its not a problem with the monitor as there not there when it starts up, they change color as i type or move the mouse, open a new window and so on.

Sometime the whole screen goes funny and theres like all green dots over it its not a problem with the monitor im shure.

Dont really know TBH so any help would be nice

Is this a CRT (Old style monitor) or a TFT type?

TFT's don't stand a lot of hammer.
How old is it, and have you tried hooking another known working monitor up to your PC.

Its about 2 could be 3 years, i this is the first time its happend that was only reason for thinking it was't the TFT but i will try see if i can get old of another HDU.

HDU?
Hook any TFT up to the pc and if the result is the same then it's the graphics card.
