Is that the screen physically or just viewable area.

If it is the viewable area look for a setting in the control panel (usually reached by pressing a button on the monitor) that looks similar to that and adjust until you have the right setting.

It is the viewable area. I don't find any kind of button on the monitor to set it be cause it the top side of the viewable monitor.

Hi khongten...this is a CRT monitor isn't it? (The fat ones)
