Hi Kev, i'm not sure i understand what you mean.

Are you trying to rewire a VGA connection? To the back of the monitor or the actual plug that goes to the video card?

If so...why?

i got it from a car boot sale and the vga cable had been pulled out so ive got anew one and all the coloured wires need soldering to the pins but i aint got a clue witch colour goes to witch pin no

Car boot sale....
interesting.

Well, unfortunatly i don't actually know how to rewire a vga cable...never had to do it, and if i ever find a cable like that - i'll just go buy a new one.

ive got a new vga cable but i ave got to solder the cable inside of the monitor on to a load of pins htanks for your help
