Default Stuck pixel!!!

Hey, 2 days ago I bought a new 19" LCD monitor for my computer. It all seemed fine and I thouht, yay no dead pixels!
But yesterday while playing a game I noticed a tiny blue spot and I thought it was just the game so i exited out. It remained there! Then I realised it was a stuck pixel

So I have two options. Try returning it to shop and asking for a replacement or trying to sort it myself.

I downloaded a program called UD Pixel and ran it over night. When I woke up this morning it still remained
So I decided to try the damp cloth method, no luck!

So what can I do and/or what SHOULD I do?

Thanks
Matt

P.S. I'm at work now but I finish in about 2 hours so I can get to work on the pixel then!

Ok well I returned it and swapped for the same kind of monitor.
And this one has another stuck pixel! This time it's red and to the right of the screen, a little upwards. It's more out of the way but it's still annoying! I ran UD Pixel overnight and it's running now while i'm at work. If not I will do the practical methods and still if it doesn't work i'll just have to put up with it. I pay money and what I get is a stuck pixel.
Pathetic!

I don't think i've ever seen a LCD moniter without a dead pixel!... :o I don't understand why they happen, but if you buy an expensive good quality moniter it shouldn't happen! ... Could somebody explain why there are so many!

Bluefish my pixel isn't dead, therefore it can be corrected.
and Joe a stuck pixel is where the liquid in a lcd monitor, it hasn't reached that tiny pixel causing the square effect. Red, Blue and Green are stuck pixels and just plain black is a dead pixel.
