friend has no video. i already checked the ram, video card, cmos battary, monitor and i ownt get any video. i tried the onboard video and nothing. what else could i try. im sitting next to the comp so help will be great.

Have you gone into device manager and make sure that his onboard video is not disabled? You would have to connect his pc to your monitor.
