Default [ANSWERED] - Monitor ruined?

I'm back. what a surprise. Anyway, I dunno if this is really the place to ask but I figured it couldnt hurt so here goes. My brother ruined my monitor by spilling something on the back of it, after hearing a wonderful frying sound it went blank. I'm totally expecting the answer to be "no" but, is there anyway for me to save my monitor?
