Default New PC crash with wow

Hey all, recently my graphics card failed.

So i got a new 1, Geforce Nvidia 9600.

Seems to work fine with other games...

Except World of Warcraft...
Tried reinstalling the game, deleting the wtf and interface etc.

All that shizz, still no good.

I can log into game (after about 10 mins on loading screen).

But the lag is terrbile wenever i try to move. TERRIBLE...

wondering if its my ram failing? (on the ccleaner menu it says my 2.0gig of ram is registered, but not sure how to check)

Thanks in advance, Joe.

ensure that all addons are completely deleted and that your graphic drivers are up to date

Here is a good memory diagnostics tool, under free download tab
Memtest86.com - Memory Diagnostic

Also this is a good blue post that will remedy a lot of problems

what do you have running in the background? virus protection? have you defragged the computer lately? up to date network card drivers?

as far as your lag goes is it graphical lag or high latency? whats your FPS and latency running at? and just curious have you tried playing in pre BC zones? notice any difference?

are you playing in windowed mode, what are your in-game settings?

also try with virus protection disabled

with anti virus disabled.

fps 85.
latency 365

game settings, 1024x768 24bit color 24bit depth 1x multisample

60hz refresh

windowed (the same results without windowed)

ALSO, there is two comps in my house on same net router cables....
they are hitting:

190ms, 29 fps, same video settings...

ALSO, if i dont move my char i get 85 fps (which i used to) however once i try move graphics, fps auto drops to 25?. . . .
