Default Optimizing Performances with ram
I have a few rams in hand, but they have different speeds. I know that combining ram will result in running the slowest speed installed. I need to know which has optimized performance with the rams I have. Out of all the rams I have in hand, the best combinations as following.

1. 1.5gb ram at 400mhz or pc3200
2. 3gb ram at 266mhz or pc2100

Here's other spec other my computer.
OS: Windows xp sp3
cpu: AMD Anthlon64 3500+ 2.20gb

Hi and welcome to PCHF!

Will you be using less than 1.5 GB of RAM? If so, then go with that.. if you are going to be using more than 1.5 GB of RAM, then go with the 3 GB. That is what I would do.
