Hi I have just upgraded my pc with a new motherboard XFX geforce 8200 got new memory for it DDR2 2gb 800. Installed memory but pc will start up and nothing comes up on the screen.

Hi welcome to PCHF...
Did you buy 1 x 2 gig sticks ?
or was the Crucial-scanner from before the upgrade ?
It is only showing 1 Gig and three free slots-- so if you have 2x 1gig sticks one may be bad-- or not seated correctly.

Hi Crucial-scanner was from before the upgrade. this 1GB is ok

OK--
I have done some research on that maker-- and I would have to call them a "questionable" maker. Online reviews are not 100% reliable but... I would say that 40-50% that I read said "stay away" from Elixir.
Kingston makes some decent value-ram
