I know this is cheap ram so it will probs be rubbish but will it work in my motherboard? Asus k8v se duluxe.

According to the specs and information they give - yes it should. The seller however is in the US - it may be cheaper to buy the ram in the UK, especially if you have any problems with it and need to return it.
