Hello,you did a fesh install of your operating system.You need to update ALL drivers and get as many updates from Microsoft as possible.Then if you have not done so already get the latest service pack from Microsoft.

Also what antivirus are you using some can slow your computer.

Could you go to "User CP" and fill out your computer specifications and check box show others this could aid in helping you.Thankyou.
