Smile Memory Speed
Hey,

I wondered if someone could answer me a simple question?

I've currently got a laptop with two 512mb; pc2-5300 memory sticks in. I'm looking to upgrade to 3gb of Memory, and have found what I think is a suitable choice, but it says it's 667mhz.

A simple Memory identification program I have says mine is only 333mhz.

I'm sure that all pc2-5300 Memory is would be a standard speed.

I'd be greatful if someone could clarify; as I know that diffent speeds will cause a bluescreen?

I am using DDR2 800MHZ. 1GB X 2.
enough for games I think..
