Hello Broken89,
CPU-Z shows PC2-3200. That would say you have DDR2 memory and not regular DDR like the one you linked. That is a rare breed of memory.
What I would suggest is getting in touch with Alienware to find out your exact motherboard specs. Unfortunately, their support site isn't set up like Dell's to where you can look up a service tag to get your original specs.
So I would probably suggest calling Alienware and looking up your bill just to double check to make sure
CPU-Z isn't posting incorrectly. At the same time you can also ask what the maximum memory supported is and how many banks you have. If it is DDR2, I would bet it will support at least 4 gigs of memory and should be dual channel, so you should have 4 memory banks. But being safe and asking is better than going through an RMA process if I'm wrong.
If you are unable to do that for some reason, show me a screenshot of the mainboard tab in
CPU-Z and maybe I can look up the motherboard specs that way. Personally I would prefer calling Alienware to be 100% sure cause I can't say I would trust
CPU-Z information 100%. But that would be the next thing to try.
Hope that helps!
