Ok mate thank for all your help maybe looking into buying a new motherboard after all this malarky? The ebay store onl;y have a limited returns policy which are fast drawing to a close? Would kingston help or replace directly should the returns polices expire?

If it does expire, then you have nothing to lose by contacting Kingston, but the lifetime warranty you receive with Kingston only includes defective memory. Otherwise I would probably re-sell the memory on e-bay, you'll probably get nearly if not all of what you paid for it in the first place.

I suggest checking the Dram timing settings by entering setup when you reboot. If the settings are higher than the memory sticks it can easily cause a crash.
