Default Ram help. Running at 400Mhz insted of 800Mhz

Hi I got the Patriot Extreme Performance 2GB (2 x 1GB) 240-Pin DDR2 SDRAM DDR2 800 (PC2 6400) Dual Channel Kit.
It should run at 800Mhz but CPUz shows it at 400Mhz.

My mobo is the ASUS M3A so it can run the ram at 800mhz as it goes to DDR2 1066.

The cpu is a AMD 6400+

Is this normal? If not what should I change? Also cpuz shows the bus at 200Mhz and HT at 1000Mhz. The cpu is 2000Mhz so Should I change this in the bios?

Thanks.
