Default can I Mix and Match

I've an ECS P4VMM2 Motherboard which has 4 RAM slots, 2 x 168 pin slots and 2 x 184 pin slots. The question, Can I Mix and Match or is it One or Other?
I currently have 512MB PC2100.

On that board no you cannot mix and macth the ram One has to be DDR ram and the other has to be SDIMM..either or but not both.,

I thought I may have been able to install some of the old PC133 RAM I have here to increase the available RAM and put the 2 spare slots to good use. but alas it's not to be
