Default High and Low Density Memory

Now I have a question I have a dell demention desktop B110 and i wanted to upgrade the RAM to a 1GB stick but on ebay I came across this high and low density thing now I just wanted to know which one would my pc take if you could help me out

Hi there,

For your particular PC, you need 184-pin DIMM, DDR PC3200 memory modules. Your PC can actually support 2GB RAM.

Ok, I know the pc and the pin but I just wanted to know if my pc uses low or high density RAM or does it not matter

The memory density doesnt have any effect, in any case ive ever seen. All it is is how many memory ICs the module has, but as long as they add up to 1GB it doesnt make a difference. Make sure you buy a good brand though. (Crucial, OCZ, Corsair, are my favorites)
