OK, no prob's. Can you check device manager for me. Go to Control Panel, System, Hardware tab, Device Manager. Under the category of "Disk Drives", can you see your USB Device there? Your pen should also appear under the category of "Universal Serial Bus Controllers", and you'll see it named "USB Mass Storage Device"? If not, are there any devices with exclaimation or question marks against them?
