Question Compatible or not?
Okay, so I want to upgrade my current system. The issue is that I'm kinda new to this and had my brother build my current one. I was wondering what kind of RAM is compatible with my motherboard, a Biostar TForce 6100-939. Will DDR2 800 RAM work on this? What about number of pins? I'm kinda lost, someone please try to help me.

Hey bud, welcome to PCHF,

Your mobo supports DDR 400 memory only, so DDR2 800 will not work.

You need to get DDR 400 (also called PC3200 memory) and it has 184 pins.
