Default 8 Gb Ddr2 800 Ram?

So I was just wondering.

Would there be any noticable difference from 3 GB ram to 8GB?

I though three was great, but someone made a comment like "if you want your computer to last get new memory".

My systems pretty new, but im working on making it a killer system.

Would having 8 GB of ram be worth it in the long run?

Money isnt an issue, the stuffs cheap.

680i DOES support 8 GB of ram, and im getting a 680i.
Im also getting a second 8800 GT and Intel Q6600.

Im just wondering how completely rediculous it would be to have 8 GB of ram.

Only support 3.5?

Thats wierd.

So if you have 4 Gigs you cant even see all four?

Is there any way to upgrade 32 bit to 64 bit without buying a whole new version of the operating system?
