hi there am just getting sytem up and running again after blowing the Power Supply Unit with a water cooling accident.
hasn't been as bad as it could of been, out of my whole system i've only lost a hard drive a wd 150g raptor, which i'm gutted about cos all wifeys work was on it but thats a different story....
have a dual boot sytem xpmce 2005 and vista ultimate 64bit.
xp seems to be running great, only thing is vista 64bit seems quite sluggish at times more than before the accident.
and i have noticed my memory score in the windows index has gone down to 5.8 where it was 5.9 previously. also in bios it shows the 4096 ram but says only 4095 is usable....
is this an indication of blown ram?
got 4gb ocz 800 enhanced bandwith reaper edition.
have run the memory diagnostics in vista and seen no probs there.
will try memtest but don't really know how to use it?
any thoughts appreciated.

ran memtest and all was looking ok until i ran the memory sizing test and had 10 errors in the "bios all" categary.
anyone know what this means?
