Default Memory or Networking Problem..

Ok I have a problem and it has remained unfixable for a while now so now I bring this problem to the help forums.

I have a Computer that I build myself.
Biostar Tf7025-m2 Motherboard
Ultra X Finity 600w powersupply
8500GT Nvidia Graphics Card
AMD X2 Athlon 6000
Netgear Network Card Supports Windows Vista Wireless G
Windows Vista Home Premium
2 x 1gb Kingston 1GB 240-Pin DDR2 SDRAM DDR2 667 (PC2 5300) Desktop Memory)
2 x 1gb-Wintec Ampo 2gb (2x1gb) 240-Pin DDR2 SDRAM DDr2 667 (PC2 5300) Dual Channel Kit Desktop Memory

If you need more specs let me know but that is pretty much all that is in my pc.

I put two sticks of ram into my motherboard and my network card works fine. I get internet connection and it works great. I stick a third or fourth stick in and it shuts off. No Network Card. It doesn't work at all. I know the ram sticks work. I have started windows with 1gb of ram with all four so I know that all four of the sticks of ram operate. I have tried operating with any two of the sticks or ram and my network card also works properly. I can put any two sticks of ram in any two of the dual channel slots. So this leads me to believe that my ram is functioning properly. I know my Network card works because I can connect to the internet with only two sticks of ram. My question is could this be a problem with windows or am I missing a bios setting? I have reset my Bios and reinstalled Windows Vista and that did not fix my problem either.

I do not know what to do so any help you guys can offer is mucho appreciated.

Thanks

Hi Yalmkorean welcome to PCHF have you tried to update the bios by downloading and installing a bios update? this would be the first thing to try Unfortunatly mixing memory can some time cause compatability issues with the RAM this would explain why the PC functions with either 2 stick in but not all 4. You might find this is the problem

Thanks for the welcome!
I've tried mixing sticks like 1 stick of each brand to try and get it to work and it will work with 1 stick of each brand
