If its not already been mentioned; i suggest updating your motherboards BIOS if possible.....thats if upping the volts does nothing.

i dont think that will help. he has an emachines, OEMs generally dont have advanced BIOS options like that. The memory your motherboard needs is probably 2.5v. but what you bought is probably like 2.6 or 2.7 or more. or less.
