Default Ram problems

Hi everyone. I've been having lately some problems with my ram( 1g 667hz Kingston generic chipset) . No blue screens yet, but programs crash randomly. I swapped with two other 1g from a friend to test them (I use Memtest to test out if there was corrupt sectors or anything of the like). Both simms gave me the same problems. I had the same problem in the past, it was a incompatibility between my motherboard and the chipset use in the simm. I arranged it by pure luck. Now I've got a ECS P4M900T-M mobo and can't find anywhere the info about which chipsets might be compatible with the mobo. Can anyone help me out please !

Default Re: Ram problems

Hi,

For RAM issues, we always suggest a thorough test with this first; Memtest86+ - Advanced Memory Diagnostic Tool

Download and run it - post back your results.
