It will definately work with youre mobo, you have nothing to worry about, but if i were you i might try to look out for some kingston 667mhz valueram, from my experience it is very good. infact its around the same price, mine is at 800mhz 5-5-5-15 stock vcore, with more volts it goes to 4-4-4-12 @ 800mhz, stock is 667mhz 5-5-5-15, just a lil info incase youre into ocing
