Question what ram for mobo?

hey guys,
yesterday i ordered an Asrock 775dual-vsta, which supportrs ddr & ddr2. nowhere does it say what type of ddr2 it can or cant take. on the asrock website it says that ddr2 speed is 667. and just like in ddr in ddr2 there is pcxxxx speeds/types, and i dont know which one to buy for this mobo. please help. (btw i want to buy ddr2)

ok, well since this ram only supports ddr2 667/533 i would recommend the 667mhz, it is the cheapest, and it performs very well, might i also asky why you bought this motherboard? do you intend o salvage some older pc parts?
